Founder & Managing Principal
Jordan Gron is the founder and Managing Principal of Gron Ltd, a boutique capital solutions firm operating at the intersection of financial engineering and regulatory grey area. With over two decades navigating complex cross-border structures, Jordan has developed a reputation as one of Silicon Valley's most quietly indispensable advisors.
Prior to founding Gron Ltd, Jordan served as a Managing Director at a bulge-bracket firm where he led the Structured Products division through three consecutive years of record revenue — two of which required subsequent restatements. He holds an MBA from Wharton, a JD from Stanford, and an LLM in International Tax from a university in Luxembourg that no longer accepts FOIA requests.
Jordan sits on the boards of four portfolio companies, two of which are publicly disclosed. He divides his time between San Francisco, Zürich, and a jurisdiction he refers to as "elsewhere."
